We moved here in 1970, Growing up in a typical Denver household, mom was a real estate agent and dad was a General Contractor/ Builder and when needed a subcontractor, here's where I cut my teeth, so to speak. 92nd at Lowell is where North Denver ended. County Line road was a 2 lane hill drive, Highlands Ranch was fields and cow pastures. Ski Lift Tickets were $5.00 bucks- all day! Colfax was a dirt road that covered wagons... okay, okay,  not that far back... I have seen a lot of changes here though. Most people call it progress, (insert question mark here).

Born and raised in southern California, Manhattan, Redondo, and Hermosa Beach respectively then moving to Denver, my parents were real estate and construction professionals. They sought opportunity here. I’m a second-generation realtor. I obtained a business degree and advanced my Real Estate education from The University of Colorado Denver. I started my real estate career initially in 1984 while launching an award-winning construction company completing around 300 residential and commercial projects annually.

In the 35 years since I raised my 2 sons, I’ve appreciated the robust business that’s shaped my career representing local, national and international builders, high-end custom projects and clients from Aspen, Divide, and Telluride to Cherry Hills, Castle Pines out to the state lines, then internationally. In 2002 I sold my construction business, focusing primarily on Real Estate markets, assisting others in obtaining what may be their biggest investment in themselves and their family’s legacy too. I consider the importance of these endeavors every day and am grateful for the opportunity to help others with their home-life. Yeah, as always, clients are important to me, so as a Real Estate Negotiations Expert RENE®, Real Estate Pricing Advisor PSA® designate, Senior Real Estate Specialist SRES®, an Ambassador to the Board of The Denver Metro Association of Realtors, CAR Colorado Assoc. of Realtors, and a NAR Member, National Assoc. of Realtors. I choose to put myself in the best possible position for my clients and their success.

Happily married, my 2 sons, now fine young men, a returned US Marine working in the Midwest, my second son, a recently married college student. I find myself a recent grandpa with 2 newly arrived granddaughters! ... Doting? Me? Yes! Pride beaming for them and their families, joy in their happiness, and fulfillment in the legacies that they have taken on.

In my younger life: Leadership was,  still is, a valued commodity. Colorado State 4A Football Champion, Colorado All-State Team Selection, Colorado’s All-Conference Football Team selection, and a Team Captain from time to time taught me the lessons that commitment can and does lead to success especially Full-Ride Athletic Scholarships from a multitude of colleges. No ego honking, just sayin’ dedication, poise, and discipline pays off!

My interests include golf, equestrian polo, skiing, scuba diving, fly-fishing, 2 wheelers, museums, travel, a great book, a fine wine, Mozart, exploring restaurants, great getaways, culture, and history, with a good road trip from time to time…
